Tacey has six plans, from $29 to $399 a month. Every plan includes every feature. The only thing that changes between plans is how many orders Tacey handles for you each month.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and every plan can be paid monthly or once a year.
What every plan includes
On the Billing page, Tacey says it plainly: "Every plan includes everything. Plans differ by order volume only. Nothing below is an upgrade."
That means a Starter store and a High Volume store get exactly the same product:
An address check on the shipping address of every order.
Every customer self-service tool you choose to turn on, on Shopify's own Thank you and Order status pages.
A record on each order of every change a customer makes, what it looked like before and after, and whether money moved.
Every setting on the Editing Tools page, including the edit window.
The Tacey admin in 21 languages.
No tool is locked behind a higher plan. If you see a tool on the Editing Tools page, you can switch it on, whatever plan you are on.
No usage fees
You pay one fixed price for your plan. There is no extra charge per order, per address check or per customer edit inside your plan's order volume.
If you go over your plan's order volume, Tacey does not bill you extra. Instead, it pauses address checks on new orders until your count resets or you upgrade. See What happens when I reach my Tacey order limit?.
How you pay
You choose your plan on Shopify's own pricing page, and Shopify bills you through your normal Shopify invoice. Tacey never sees or stores a payment method.
What this does NOT do
There is no free plan. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, then the plan's price.
Higher plans do not add features. They only raise the number of orders per month.
There are no per-order charges. Going over your volume pauses address checks; it does not create a surprise bill.
Tacey does not upgrade you automatically. If you need a bigger plan, you choose it yourself.
Frequently asked
Is the address check extra on some plans?
No. Every plan checks the address on every order, up to that plan's monthly order volume.
What if I get more than 20,000 orders a month?
High Volume is the largest plan. When you are choosing a plan, Tacey suggests starting on High Volume and getting in touch so the right arrangement can be sorted out.
Is the annual price cheaper?
Yes. The annual price for each plan is ten times its monthly price, charged once a year. See Should I pay for Tacey monthly or annually?.
