Yes. When a shipping address is a PO box, Tacey tells you on the order, and you choose whether customers who edit their address are warned about a PO box or refused one.
Why PO boxes need a look
Postal services deliver to PO boxes, but some couriers cannot. If you ship with a courier that does not deliver to PO boxes, a parcel addressed to one may come back. Tacey does not treat a PO box as wrong. It treats it as something worth a look.
What you see on your orders
A PO box address that Tacey checked shows Needs attention in the Address check column on your Orders page, not Verified.
If you ship with a service that delivers to PO boxes, you can ship it as normal.
What your customer sees
If the Edit delivery address tool is on, a customer whose address is a PO box sees a PO box label and this note when they open the address check:

Warn or refuse PO boxes when customers edit
When a customer changes their address with the Edit delivery address tool, the PO boxes setting decides what happens if the new address is a PO box. As the setting says: "Some carriers will not deliver to a PO box. Choose whether to warn the customer or refuse the address."

With Warn the customer, the address saves and the customer sees: "Your carrier may not deliver to a PO box. Your address is saved. Reply to your order confirmation email if you want to change it."
With Refuse PO boxes, the customer sees: "We can't deliver to PO boxes. Enter a street address instead."
How to change the setting
In Tacey, open Editing Tools.
Open the Edit delivery address tool's settings.
Find PO boxes and choose Warn the customer or Refuse PO boxes.
Click Save.
What this does NOT do
It does not block checkout. Tacey checks addresses after the order is placed, so a customer can still check out with a PO box. The setting only applies when a customer edits their address with Tacey.
It does not cancel orders to PO boxes. It marks them for a look.
It does not know which courier you use. It tells you the address is a PO box; you decide whether that is a problem for your shipping.

Yes, if your postal service delivers to PO boxes, a PO box result is nothing to act on.
Can I refuse PO boxes at checkout with Tacey?
