Tacey AI

Joseph Odera

For merchants setting up Tacey for the first time. Installing the app, choosing a plan, the 14-day trial, and what to expect in the first few days: address validation turning on and your first flagged order.

Getting Started

For merchants who want the big picture. Tacey does three things: checks every order's shipping address, lets the customer fix or edit their own order right on their Shopify order-status page, and keeps a record proving any money that moved. Articles here cover how address checking works, what customers can change themselves, and how Tacey decides an order cannot be edited.

How Tacey Works

For merchants with questions about a specific order. What happens when an address cannot be verified, what the customer sees and can change on their order-status page (fix the address, cancel the order, remove or reduce an item), how refunds are confirmed, and how to see proof that money moved (or did not) for any edit.

Orders & Address Validation

For merchants who want to change how Tacey behaves. Which countries Tacey validates, how long customers have to edit an order before it ships, pre-ship reminder emails, and notification preferences. If you are asking "how do I change..." the answer belongs here.

Settings & Configuration

For merchants with questions about money, plans, or their subscription. The six Tacey plans (Starter, Growth, Scale, Pro, Advanced, High Volume), how the monthly order cap works, the 14-day free trial, upgrading and downgrading, and what happens if you hit your order cap or your trial ends.

Billing & Plans

How Tacey is doing: addresses checked, corrections made, cancels recovered, and the money it saved.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
