Every Tacey plan can be paid monthly or once a year. Paying annually costs ten times the monthly price, so you get twelve months for the price of ten. Your order allowance works the same way on both.

On the Billing page, the Annual button switches every plan to its yearly price, with the note: "Annual billing, charged once a year."
Your order allowance on an annual plan
This is the part people most often ask about. An annual plan does not give you one year's worth of orders to spend. It gives you the same allowance as the monthly plan, reset every 30 days, for the whole year.
For example, on annual Tacey Starter you get 750 orders every 30 days, starting from your billing date. You do not get 9,000 orders to use whenever you like, and you are not capped at 750 for the whole year either.
Each 30-day period starts exactly 30 days after the one before, anchored to the moment your plan started. It does not follow calendar months.
Which should you pick?
Choose monthly if:
you are still finding out how many orders you get, and want to move between plans easily
your order volume changes a lot through the year
Choose annual if:
your order volume is steady and you know which plan fits
you want the lower yearly total
Either way, every plan includes every feature, and both start with the same 14-day free trial.
How to switch
Open Billing in Tacey.
Under All plans, click Monthly or Annual.
Click the button on the plan you want and confirm on Shopify's pricing page.
What this does NOT do
Annual does not unlock extra features. It is the same product at a lower yearly price.
Annual does not pool your orders. Unused orders do not carry into the next 30-day period.
Tacey does not bill you directly. Shopify charges you, through your Shopify invoice.
Frequently asked
If I pay annually and go over in one 30-day period, what happens?
The same as on a monthly plan: address checks on new orders pause until the next 30-day period starts or you upgrade. Everything else keeps working.
Where can I see when my next 30-day period starts?
On the Billing page, under Orders used: "This count resets on {date}."
